The Terms & Conditions listed here are subject to change at any time, without notice, it is your responsibility to review them on a regular basis.

Products

We attempt to source and ship all of our products within Canada. Under certain circumstances where we cannot find a reliable source we will source from other countries.

Pricing

All product pricing shown is excluding shipping and provincial taxes.  Taxes and shipping will be calculated and added at checkout.

Order Processing

We aim to have all orders processed within 48 hours and ready to ship by the next available business day. Business days being Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.

Delivery

In some cases delivery could be up to 28 days from time of order. These times are out of our control and depend upon outsourced shipping providers. Once products are shipped any disputes will be the responsibility of the user and post provider.

Your Store Account

Create an account at checkout. Your account details will remain private. We only accept secure payments via PayPal and Major Credit Cards.

Currency

Final invoices and payments are shown in Canadian dollars.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada via Canada Post.

Returns and Refunds

At this time The Canadian Carp Society does not issue refunds or returns on any items sold. Review the detailed descriptions of clothing items for proper measurements and sizing before placing your order.

Event Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions listed here will pertain to any event or social The Canadian Carp Society hosts, either in person or virtual.

By opting to register and participate in any Canadian Carp Society Event Online, you automatically agree to our Terms of Use.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Canada and you agree that Canadian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction with any dispute.

Event Terms of Service

Please note that The Canadian Carp Society reserves the right to make changes, revisions and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions without and prior notification to you. It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms and Conditions listed on this page on a regular basis and before participating in any Canadian Carp Society Events.

Event Idemnification Clause

The Canadian Carp Society does not take any responsibility for personal / financial damages caused to you at any event. Personal injury or any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue will be your responsibility. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.

Payment Schedule

Any and all payments must be made in full prior to any participation in Canadian Carp Society Events either online or in person. Upon making payment you shall agree in full to the terms and conditions listed here.

Media Release

By participating in Canadian Carp Society Events you agree to allow the use of any photos, video footage or audio recording that contains you specifically by the Canadian Carp Society. Such media may be used from time to time to promote and highlight future and past events.

By participating, you grant The Canadian Carp Society a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

Termination Clause

Certain Events and Social gatherings will have set rules and guidelines. The Canadian Carp Society reserves the right to ban and remove any users that are to be found in breach of these rules and guidelines. Under certain circumstances The Canadian Carp Society reserves the right to remove users from events at any time.

Buy and Sell Group

This is a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK GROUP.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Canadian Carp Society, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Group and its services, whether such liability is under contract. The Canadian Carp Society, including its officers, directors and employees, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website and/or services.

The Canadian Carp Society will not be held liable for any misdealing, items or money lost during transactions in the Buy and Sell Group.

This group has been added upon request and is a use at your own risk group. It is up to users if they wish to use this group or not. If choosing to use this group to buy or sell items, it is at the users’ risk.

The Canadian Carp Society does not guarantee any transaction within this group. Shipping and pricing will be determined by users on a per item basis.

Termination Clause

This group is meant to be an honest place to conduct used carp fishing gear sales and purchases between Canadian Carp Society Members.

If any member has been found to not hold up to their end of any deal or sale, The Canadian Carp Society reserves the right to terminate the users account and delete all their data upon our platform.

All disputes will be investigated by The Canadian Carp Society in a firm but fair manner.
